We used scRNAseq to identify potential effector cells contributing to the exacerbated inflammatory responses in AhR deficient mice. Intestinal lamina propria CD45+ immune cells were isolated by positive selection with anti-mouse CD45 magnetic beads according to manufacturer's instructions and analyzed using scRNAseq.
