Supplementary Material: Adaptive Gamification as a Software Process Analytics Instrument

This repository contains the supplementary data for the study "Adaptive Gamification as a Software Process Analytics Instrument". It includes: The adapted Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) questions used to profile software governance professionals. The raw response data and aggregated motivation scores from 12 participants. The sprint-by-sprint operational telemetry data (throughput, overdue tasks, and defect density) extracted from Jira, encompassing 54 sprints (22 historical baseline and 32 gamified pilot sprints) across multiple teams in a CMMI Level 5 environment.
