Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in neonates is a significant cause of neonatal disability, and its pathogenesis remains unclear. bulk RNA sequencing, the groups were divided into the sham group, the 2-day post-modeling group, and the 3-day post-modeling group.Our findings revealed that genes related to lactylation modification play an important role in this process.
