资源简介:
Dataset 1 - Chromosomal inversion polymorphism data for two natural populations from Serbia. one at locality Deliblato Sands (DS) (Orno-Quercetum cerris-virgiliane), about 60 km northeast from Belgrade, Serbia (44° 49' N; 21° 07' E), and the other in Botanical Garden (BG) (Arboretum), in an urban part of Belgrade, capital of Serbia (44° 49' N; 20° 28' E). The data is expressed in number of individuals carrying particular chromosomal arrangement. Data in manuscript is given as a percentage. The inversion polymorphism parameters: the degree of heterozygosity (HZ) represents average number of structural heterozygotes per individual. Index of free recombination (IFR) represent average measure of chromosomal lenght outside inversions, the part which is subject for recombinations. IFR is obtained by measuring the lenght of chromosomal regions not covered by the inversion loops and expressing it as a percentage of overall chromosomal lenght, per individual. The data for IFR value calculation as well as the method of calculation is given in Dataset 6, for all experimental groups (C. LLC, HLC), generations (F1, F3, F6) within both populations (DS and BG). The IFR data is given for populations separately, on separate Excel worksheets Datasets numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5 contains all Z and G tests, within and between populations (DS and BG), generations (F1, F3 and F6) and experimental groups (control, LLC and HLC).
