GBS population genomics of Plebejus butterflies in North America

This project is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the evolutionary relationships among lineages of Plebejus (Lycaeides) butterflies in North America. The project quantifies patterns of genomic diversity, differentiation and admixture at a continental scale.
