Effects of LPS and predator image exposure (FEAR) treatments on changes (or final values) of physiological parameters of captive greenfinches between the 15th and 23rd day of experiment.

For DNA damage and carbonylated proteins, only final values measured on day 23 of the experiment are analysed with ANOVAs. For the B. arbortus antibody titres, values measured on day 31 are analysed with ANOVA. For the rest of variables, pre- vs post-treatment values are analysed in repeated measures ANOVA-s with TIME as a repeated measure (pre- vs post-treatment chage). For repeated measures models, only significant effects (if present) are given. Full repeated measures models are presented in Table S3.
