The agnostosDB+NCLDVs (a42ac58a-20200715) is an update of the agnostosDB (dbf02445-20200519) GC dataset, containing the giant virus sequences from 3,243 nucleocytoplasmic large DNA viruses (NCLDVs) metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs). The agnostosDB+NCLDVs contains 5,383,876 refined GC with a total of 336,135,923 predicted genes. A description of the dataset files is available in the README.txt file.
