Competency-Aligned Learning Analytics for Employability Prediction in Vocational Education

This dataset contains anonymized student-level records mapped to a recruitment-driven job competency system for employability prediction in vocational education. It includes 1,058 student records with demographic, academic, internship, programme, course-performance, and employment-outcome variables. The dataset also provides competency-aligned features generated through a job competency mapping framework, including 25 secondary competency indicators and 5 primary competency dimensions covering business and industry understanding, core technical skills, engineering delivery competencies, general professional competencies, and entry requirements/background. The dataset was prepared to support research on learning analytics, employability prediction, competency-gap diagnosis, and imbalance-aware machine learning models for vocational education decision support.
