Genomic structure of ribosomal DNA cluster in nematode using Oxford Nanopore Technology. Caenorhabditis elegans , Caenorhabditis briggsae

The position of rDNA cluster in C. elegans is well studied, but its internal genomic structure is barely investigated due to the limitation of previous sequencing technologies. In C. briggsae, only 5S rDNA cluster in the genome is annotated. Here, we using Nanopore sequencing technology to investigate the rDNA cluster boudnary and internal structures in two nematodes.
