Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals genes regulating myogenesis and adipogenesis among different pig breeds

We performed transcriptome analysis of the longissimus dorsi muscle of four pig breeds (L, LDPL, DPL, DLDPL). This study provides a reference for exploring transcriptome regulation mechanisms affecting muscle growth and development in different pig breeds.
