RNA seq of dendritic (CD86+), mast (FCER+) and other cells (CD86-FCER-) derived from DMSO, SR1 (500nM), UM171 (35nM) exposed cord blood cells culture (at day 7) Overall design: CD34+ cord blood cells (3 independent pool) were cultured in stemspan media (4 cytokines) in presence of compounds for 7 days and sorted for CD86, CD34 or FCER1 expression. RNA were extracted from sorted subsets and sequences were obtained with an illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencer.
