资源简介:
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the main grains in the world. Tillering is an important process in the growth and development of rice, and the number of tillering will directly affect the yield per unit area of rice. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the genetic rule of rice tillering. Alternative polyadenylation (APA) is an important post-transcriptional regulation of genes. However, the role of alternative polyadenylation in rice tillering remained unclear. In this study, RNA-Seq and Iso-seq combined with TMT proteomics were used to study the tiller axillary buds at different stages of Nipponbare(Oryza sativa L. ssp. Japonica cv). In this study, we revealed the profile and potential function of APA in rice tillers, and analyzed the difference of APA regulation between effective tillers and ineffective tillers. This study not only helps to clarify the molecular basis of rice tillers, but also has important significance for cultivating ideal rice.
