Developed an efficient method to identify RNA binding sites for RNA-binding proteins in plants. Formaldehyde-crosslinking enhance the binding affinity of RNA-binding protein of RNA, while RNaseT1 digestion can improve the resolution of targets site. We combined the two methods to generate FA-CLIP method in plant to identify RNA-binding protein targets.
