To test the pyrosequencing technology and analysis pipeline under specific conditions, we use a nifH defined community with genomic DNAs from Desulfitobacterium hafniense DCB-2, Nostoc sp. PCC 7120 and Burkholderia xenovorans LB400 amplified separately using the same barcode.
