Data for a CML blackout gap detection example

blackout_example_cmls.nc consists of three years of data from two commercial microwave links. It includes transmitted and recieved signal levels with a temporal resolution of one minute. blackout_example_radar_reference.nc consists of three years of rainfall data from RADKLIM-YW, a radar product from the German Weather Service, path-averaged along the two example CMLs.
