This dataset contains an Excel spreadsheet with 2 workbooks of readability results. The first workbook compares results for full Supreme Court of Canada decisions, Cases in Brief for those decisions, and narrative headnotes for those decisions (N=44). The second workbook compares the same 3 file types, alongside the "Introduction" or "Overview" section of a decision written by the authoring judge - only for those cases where all 4 types of texts are available (N=27).
