Single-cell RNA sequencing data of Aurelia coerulea Raw sequence reads

In order to verify the nematocyte-specificity of targeted genes, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on the ephyrae and identified cluster 1 as the nematocytes according to gene expression patterns. Only cell suspensions with > 90% viability were used for cell capture. The BD Rhapsody system was used to capture single cells and library construction. The libraries were quantified using a Qubit high-sensitivity DNA assay (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Sequencing was performed using a NovaSeq sequencer on 150-bp, paired-end runs in Annon Technologies
