Single cell RNA sequencing of mouse alveolar bone(10x genomics)

This project is a single-cell RNA sequencing of the mouse mandible alveolar bone. Alveolar bone is subject to continuous occlusal force and pathogen invasion. Considering their developmental origin and different postnatal remodeling pattern, alveolar bone holds a distinct niche compared with long bone. However, there is still a lack of a systematic explanation of alveolar bone at the single-cell resolution. Here, we use single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to construct a single-cell atlas of mouse mandibular alveolar bone. In summary, our research reveals a unique alveolar bone immune microenvironment, which can provide a more precise immune regulatory targets for oral diseases treatment.
