该数据为工业工具在标准状态下的尺寸基准图像集合，涵盖扳手、螺栓、轴承、齿轮等 20 + 类常用工具的标准规格样本。通过高精度图像采集与实际尺寸测量，建立 “图像像素 - 物理尺寸” 映射关系，用于训练尺寸检测模型识别工具的正常尺寸范围，可快速定位超差（过大 / 过小）工具，为工业质检中的尺寸合规性判断提供数据支撑。

This dataset is a collection of dimensional reference images of industrial tools collected under standard conditions. It covers standard specification samples of more than 20 categories of commonly used industrial tools such as wrenches, bolts, bearings, gears, etc. Through high-precision image acquisition and actual physical dimension measurement, a mapping relationship between "image pixels and physical dimensions" is established. This dataset is used to train dimensional detection models to identify the normal size range of industrial tools, quickly locate out-of-tolerance tools (over-sized or under-sized), and provide data support for dimensional compliance judgment in industrial quality inspection.
