Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) comprise a hetergenous immune cell population that expands within the inflamed microenvironment of the stomach during pre-cancerous and cancerous lesion development in mouse. This study consists of 2-day C. difficile infected mouse ceca. Two infected mouse ceca. Two cell types extracted from each (CD11b-Ly6G-, CD11b+Ly6G+) for a total of 4 samples with two biological replicates.
