The series consists of Plans and Specification Committee Report Books of the Municipality of Annandale. There is one extant volume only. This volume contains handwritten reports documenting formal recommendations made by the Municipality's Plans and Specifications Committee. The reports are dated and have been allocated annual single numbers running from Report No 6/1922; to Report No 5/1941. Contained in the reports are the date of the committee meeting and the names of the councillors attending the meeting. The reports are signed, generally by the Mayor and either the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the committee. The recommendations listed in each report are numbered and relate to applications (in the form of plans and specifications), for: the construction of buildings; alterations and additions to premises; the subdivision of land; rights of way; the lease of property from the Municipality; and other matters relating to the use of land and buildings.
