Transcriptomes of Peromyscus leucopus and Mus musculus primary skin cultures in response to TLR agonists. Peromyscus leucopus and Mus Musculus

RNA-seq of primary skin cultures from ear of Peromyscus leucopus LL stock and Mus musculus CD-1 breed four hours after addition of TLR agonists to culture medium. Bacterial lipopolysaccharide at 1 microgram per milliliter, lipopeptide Pam3SK4 at 1 or 10 micrograms per milliliter final concentrations, or saline alone were used.
