Multi-Condition Fetal and Neonatal Brain Atlases (Neurotypical, Ventriculomegaly, Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum)

Perinatal brain atlases with tissue maps created with CINeMA (Conditional Neural Multi-Modal Atlas) [1, 2], representing neurotypical fetal and neonatal brain development, such as fetal brain development with ventriculomegaly (VM) and agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC). Each atlas is accompanied by the configuration files used to generate the atlas. These files contain additional information, including tissue labels, etc. For the neurotypical atlases, the dHCP dataset was used. For the abnormal atlases, an in-house, non-public dataset was used.
