The Bitext-customer-support-llm-chatbot-training-dataset is a customer service virtual assistant training dataset designed for red team training. It contains dialogues focused on multiple-choice skills to determine which category customer service issues belong to, such as Account, Refund, Order, Invoice, Contact, Payment, Feedback, Delivery, Shipping, Subscription, or Cancel. The dataset is stored in JSONL format and includes a test data split. Each sample consists of a series of messages, each with a role (system, user, assistant) and content, as well as an expected answer and a unique ID.
