2016 - 2017 Biannual Report January Pursuant to Local Law 93 of 2015, the Department of Education is required to provide reports on student discipline data (suspension data) to the City Council twice a year (October 31 and March 31). The October reporting requires citywide suspension data by month for the second half of the academic year, January through June. Per the legislation and in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), any value from zero (0) to five (5) has been redacted.

2016-2017年度半年报——根据2015年地方法规第93号的规定，教育局需每年两次（10月31日和3月31日）向市议会提交学生纪律数据（停学数据）报告。10月份的报告中需包含整个学年末期（1月至6月）的全市月度停学数据。依照法规规定并遵循《家庭教育权利与隐私法案》（FERPA），所有介于零（0）至五（5）之间的数值均已被匿名化处理。
