Summary statistics for the discovery meta-analysis epigenome-wide association study (EWAS) of total nicotine equivalents (TNE) in the Multiethnic Cohort Study (meta-analysis of five race- and ethnicity-specific EWAS: African American, European American, Japanese American, Latino, Native Hawaiian). Results from each race- and ethnicity-specific EWAS are included as additional columns. Estimates from the models represent the change in methylation β-value per one log-unit increase in TNE.
