资源简介:
Automatic weather station (AWS) data were collected from two sites on Kwadacha Glacier, B.C., in the northern Canadian Rocky Mountains. A site at 1670 m elevation was installed in the glacier forefield, just below the glacier terminus, and was active from August 2007 to August 2011. An additional AWS was established in the upper ablation area of the glacier, at 2005 m elevation, and was operational each summer from 2008 to 2011. These datasets contain the raw AWS data, not quality-controlled, so use with caution. The Glacier AWS data is 30-minute averages of 10-second data and the Forefield AWS data is 10-minute averages of 10-second data. Fields include incoming and outgoing longwave and shortwave radiation, air pressure, temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, and SR50 snow surface height. All data is from Campbell Scientific instruments and CR1000 dataloggers.
