We found IL22 could reduce intestinal fatty acid transporters expression. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the cell population and gene expression with Fc or IL-22Fc treatment. Overall design: Male C57BL/6 mice (10 weeks old) were fed with HFD+30% fructose water for 16 weeks, and were intraperitoneally (i.p.) injected with 10µg mFc or rmIL-22-Fc /mouse every 3 days for last 4 weeks. Single intestinal epithelial cells and lamina propria lymphocytes were subjected to RNA sequencing.
