The Digital Surface Model (DOM) describes the surface of the earth, vegetation and buildings by the spatial coordinates of a representative set of ground and non-ground points from laser scanner measurement images. The update will take place from 2020/2021 in a 6-year cycle, but in new lot definitions as in the present case.
