Predicting microbial growth in a mixed culture from growth curve data

Data for "Predicting microbial growth in a mixed culture from growth curve data", published in PNAS (doi:10.1073/pnas.1902217116). Includes data from three experiments (presented in the manuscript in Figure 2A-C, corresponding to 18-11-15, 14-12-16, and 06-01-16).The "tecan" folder contains:- XLSX files created with Tecan infinite F200 Pro, contain growth curve data.- CSV files created with Plato (http://plato.yoavram.com), contain 96-well plate designsThe "flow" folder contains CSV files summarising results from a flow cytometer that counted the number of green and red cells in a time series of samples taken from the mixed culture well of the experiments.Data analysis for the manuscript was done with a Jupyter Notebook (https://github.com/yoavram/curveball_ms) and the Curveball software package (https://github.com/yoavram/curveball).
