Genetic differences in conditioned medium through adding PTN on neural stem progenitor cells (NSPCs).

To investigate the genetic differencesin conditioned medium beteen PTN group and control group, we established NSPCs line. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq after 24h with stimulation with PTN and PBS (Control). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for PTN groups and control groups.
