Data and code for "Laminar gaps mirror turbulent puffs in pipe flow"

This deposit contains the processed data underlying the figures of the paper and the analysis code that produced them. Simulations were performed with the open-source Openpipeflow solver (Willis, SoftwareX 6, 124-127, 2017), available at https://openpipeflow.org. Interactive notebooks reproducing each figure from these data files are linked from the figure captions of the paper (JFM Notebooks, hosted on CoCalc).
