We report the bulk RNA-seq in HEK293T cells transfected with DExD/H ATPase and SF3B1 Overall design: RNA-seq in wild type SF3B1 transfected 293T cells (WT); SF3B1-K700E mutation transfected 293T cells (K700E); 293T cells transfected with SF3B1-K700E and DDX42 (K700E&DDX42); 293T cells transfected with SF3B1-K700E and DDX46 (K700E&DDX46). Each cell type have 5 biological replicates.
