资源简介:
The aim of the study conducted was to check the effectiveness of combined manual therapy, lumbar canal enlargement exercises and conventional therapy on pain, claudication distance and functional disability in patients of Lumbar Canal Stenosis (LCS) with Antero-posterior canal diameter of 8-12mm. The pain intensity, functional disability was measured with Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Modified Oswestry Disability Index (MODI) respectively. The Anteroposterior canal diameter was pre-diagnosed with T1 and T2 weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and claudication distance was measured with Self-Paced walking test (SPWT). After assessing the baseline measures the combined intervention as stated above was provided for 4 weeks and again these outcomes will be assessed at post-intervention.
