VPRS 19391 Advisory Committee, Special Purposes Account (Medical) Minutes

This series comprises a volume recording meeting minutes of the Advisory Committee, Special Purposes Account (Medical) at Prince Henry’s Hospital (previously known as Melbourne Homoeopathic Dispensary 1869-1876; Melbourne Homoeopathic Hospital 1876-1934) (VA 441). The Advisory Committee made recommendations to the hospital’s Board of Management in relation to doctors who should be granted Right of Private Practice. It made recommendations about financial disbursements in relation to the Special Purposes Account (Medical). The Committee made recommendations to the Board regarding matters such as subscriptions to professional associations, the purchase of textbooks, periodicals and journals, travel expenses, and sabbatical leave.
