Let's plAI: Student-Created Educational Games with Generative AI in Software Engineering Education!.

This dataset supports the qualitative analysis reported in the paper Let's plAI: Student-Created Educational Games with Generative AI in Software Engineering Education. It contains the prompt evolution reports produced by six student groups (G1–G6) during a game design activity using Gemini Canvas, along with the full STGT (Socio-Technical Grounded Theory) analysis artifacts: the open coding spreadsheet with 37 codes, the category consolidation spreadsheet with integrated codes and exemplary evidence, and the R scripts used to generate the hierarchical treemap and chord diagram figures. All files are provided to support reproducibility and transparency of the analysis.
