This knowledge will provide a sound base to develop and validate innovative high-value products for future local and export markets.Six varieties were chosen for analysis of their nutritional composition by Plant and Food Research. Nutritional results showed significantly higher concentrations of Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Selenium, manganese and magnesium than imported macadamias.
