Transcriptomic profiles of neutrophils during pediatric cardiac surgery

Pediatric cardiac surgery is associated with signficant inflammatory responses. In this study, we tried to dissect transcriptomic signatures of neutrophils in the perioperative period. Overall design: We obtained blood neutrophils from pediatric patients and subjected to bulk RNA sequencing experiments.
