Single nucleus RNA sequencing analysis of hypothalamus ARC neurons

We performed snRNA-seq analysis on hypothalamus ARC tissues dissected from adult mice to analyze the diversity of ARC neurons. Overall design: Nuclei were isolated from micro-dissected hypothalamus ARC tissues, stained with a fluorescent antibody to NeuN, a specific marker of neuronal nuclei, and subsequently subjected to fluorescent activated cell sorting followed by single-cell sequencing using the 10X single-cell analysis platform
