Nitrogen fertilizer application is a key source of agricultural ammonia (NH₃) emissions, and accurately quantifying its spatiotemporal distribution is essential for pollution control and atmospheric environmental management. Based on an optimized agricultural zoning framework, this study integrated multi-source data and combined dynamic prediction models with multiple regression models to allocate monthly fertilizer application at the provincial level. The emission factor method was then employed to estimate corresponding NH₃ emissions. Each worksheet consists of 32 rows (header row + 31 provincial regions in mainland China) and 15 columns (Province name, Name of province, Abbreviation, and data for 12 months).The dataset is provided in Excel format and can be read, displayed, viewed, and statistically analyzed using software such as MATLAB, Python, R, and QGIS.
