Gossypium hirsutum Epigenomics. Gossypium hirsutum

In this work, we have surveyed high-quality methylomes and transcriptome from over 200 individuals of 20 DPA cotton fiber, integrated with genotype data. Approximately, 54 billion reads of BS-seq were obtained. The BS-seq reads were mapped against the TM-1 genome with about 74.90% mapping ratio. After strict data processing and quality control, 62.32 M, 66.06 M and 433.01 M cytosines sites of CG, CHG and CHH, were quantified using Bismark software, respectively.
