The State of Supplement Evidence: evidence scores, study counts, and safety ratings for 550 dietary supplements
收藏资源简介:
A dataset of evidence scores for 550 dietary supplements and research compounds, as maintained by SupStack. Each row gives the supplement's transparent 0–10 evidence score (an editorial efficacy-confidence rating; blank where evidence is insufficient to score), total curated study count, number of supporting meta-analyses, an overall safety rating (high / moderate / caution), a research-compound flag, and its documented drug-interaction count. The accompanying report (see Related identifiers) analyses the distribution: the evidence is real but concentrated — a small core is well-supported and safe, while most of the catalogue reaches only limited or insufficient evidence. The 0–10 score is SupStack's own methodology, not a universal truth; "insufficient evidence" means "not yet shown," not "disproven." Disclosure: produced by SupStack, a commercial evidence-based supplement website, from its own curated catalogue. No efficacy or safety advice is given; the safety rating is a catalogue attribute, not medical guidance.
