Electrotherapy Interventions for Postoperative Pain in Orthopedic Trauma Patients: A Scoping Review

This dataset corresponds to the scoping review "Electrotherapy Interventions for Postoperative Pain in Orthopedic Trauma Patients: A Scoping Review", focusing on the application of electrotherapy in postoperative pain management of orthopedic trauma, including techniques such as transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), interferential current therapy, and pulsed radiofrequency.The data dimensions include: 1) Basic information of included studies (publication year, country, sample size); 2) Intervention parameters of electrotherapy (frequency, intensity, treatment duration); 3) Pain assessment indicators (VAS score, MPQ scale, etc.); 4) Intervention effects (pain relief degree, functional recovery status).The data are derived from English and Chinese literatures in databases such as PubMed, Cochrane Library, and CNKI from 1990 to 2025, with a total of 32 eligible studies included and no missing data. The data are stored in an Excel spreadsheet, with column headers corresponding to the above dimensions, and units such as "case", "score", "Hz", etc. It can be opened with regular office software.
