资源简介:
Data products generated through Arctic IEPR Synthesis analyses are categorized as INPUT and OUTPUT files. INPUT files consist of compiled datasets derived from publicly available sources that includes phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic invertebrates, and fishes, while the single OUTPUT file reflects processed and modeled data that includes 27 taxa. There are two INPUT files in csv format (Gonzalez_INPUT_env_phyto_zoo_taxa.csv; Spear_Kimmel_INPUT_zoop_process_biomass) and one INPUT file in rds format (Thorson_INPUT_All_Eco_Component_2002_2022.rds) which is a native binary file format for the R programming language. There is only one OUTPUT file (Thorson_OUTPUT_All_Eco_Component_2002_2022_index) in csv format; these are the model results using the Thorson INPUT file (e.g. 27 taxa) and R code (Thorson_tinyVAST_Rcode_index_standard.R file). All INPUT files have accompanying README files with the file name appended at the end describing all the data.
