Cedar River sockeye salmon annual phenology, abundance and environmental data 1965-2016

Observations of abundance, migration timing, environmental covariates of timing, and hatchery egg take data for 1965-2016. Data are observed for passage of the Ballard Locks, arrival at the Baker River and occupancy of the Cedar River. The heritability tab includes data used for estimating the heritability of spawning date for Cedar River sockeye salmon. These data are mean spawning dates of parent and offspring by release groups and years.
