Investigate the characteristics of rhizosphere soil microbial communities in phosphorus-efficient rice and their role in activating insoluble phosphorus, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for the application of synthetic microbial communities to reduce phosphorus use and enhance agricultural efficiency. This dataset comprises the rhizosphere microbial communities of phosphorus-efficient rice R527 and phosphorus-sensitive rice IR58025 sampled at various growth stages under non-phosphorus fertilization conditions.
