Bacterial composition of epithelium and content of wild-type and chs1-/- zebrafish intestine

To investigate the role of peritrophic membrane (PM) in zebrafish intestinal bacterium colonization and diversity, the gut was separated into epithelium and content (including mucus, PM and digesta) for V3-V4 metagenomic analysis.
