This study is the first to provide a systematic dissection of the whole transcriptome profiling in the hippocampus of rat exposure to PM2.5. The idetified ceRNA networks may provide theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of cognitive dysfunction caused by PM2.5, and provide new biomarkers for its diagnosis and treatment.
