Slocan Lake Level

This dataset contains lake level data for Slocan Lake level logger. This site is part of the Living Lakes Canada Columbia Basin Water Monitoring Framework program. Slocan Lake was selected for monitoring due to the relationship between lake levels and the level of Slocan River. Slocan Lake is also the largest lake in the Mid-Columbia Kootenay region that is not regulated by a dam. The data is being collected to track the impacts of climate change on Columbia Basin water supply and support community climate adaptation. Monitoring has been implemented on this site. Data will be added soon.
