Whole exome sequencing for Williams-Beuren syndrome patient

This study involved a Malaysian Murut female with unusual features of Williams-Beuren syndrome, including recurrent infections and skin abscesses. To identify the underlying genetic etiology for these additional manifestations, we performed whole exome sequencing to screen for mutations in genes associated with inborn errors of immunity.
